Program Description
Recent reimbursement changes have dramatically altered the operating environment for nursing home and other long-term care facilities. The need to find new ways to deliver high-quality cost-effective care, including physician services, is critical. Mission Medical Group ("Mission") was founded to meet that need.

Mission Medical Group is a physician practice developed to provide high-quality cost-effective care to patients in the long-term care setting. Mission employs physicians and nurse practitioners who are focused solely on the care of patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long term care facilities. Member of the Mission care team do not have private practices; their only priority is delivering the best possible care to patients by working with the facility, its administration, and staff.
